We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please review our return, refund, exchange, and shipping conditions below.

Returns for Refund

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

You can return items for a full refund provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• Original tags are still attached
• Proof of purchase is provided, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale, clearance, or promotional Hawaiian shirts marked non-returnable
• Gift cards
• Custom-print, personalized, or special-order items
• Shirts that have been worn, washed, stained, scented, or altered in any way
• Items missing original tags, packaging, or included accessories
• Any item sent back without prior return approval, where required by our policy

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

If the return is caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Important: You must contact us for approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

How the refund process works:

  1. Contact us to request a return. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number, also known as an RMA.

  2. Send the item back to the return address we provide. Customer covers the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

  3. We inspect the returned item. The item must meet all return conditions listed in this policy.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us directly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to availability.

How exchanges work:

  1. Contact us to request an exchange and confirm item availability.

  2. Send the original item back. Customer covers the return shipping cost.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Please note: Exchanges will not be processed until the returned item has been received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged or incorrect item
• The original packaging and shipping label

Do not return the item until we have confirmed the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

European Union orders only.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be:

• Unworn and unused
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorized Returns & Change of Mind

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

• Refunds may be denied or delayed if the item does not meet return conditions or the return is initiated after the 30-day window.
