Shipping Rates

We offer flat standard shipping at $10.99 per order.

There is no free-shipping threshold, no hidden shipping fees, and no additional shipping surprises at checkout.

Processing Time

All in-stock products are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Custom or personalized orders may take a few extra days depending on design complexity.

U.S. Delivery Estimate

U.S. standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing.

All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking once dispatched.

Your Order’s Journey

Order Placed

After your order is placed, it enters our production queue. You will receive an order confirmation email right away.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Dispatched

Once your package is handed to the carrier, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Delivered

U.S. standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing.

If your order is past the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate.

Important Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Any delays that occur after your order is in transit are beyond our control.

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.

You can also track your order at 17track.net/en.

If your parcel has not arrived after 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If missing or incorrect shipping information is detected, we may contact you for an update. This may delay delivery.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer.

Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse.

A re-shipping fee will be required to resend orders returned due to address errors.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order ships.

Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is not available yet, the carrier may not have processed your parcel. Please check again in a day or two.

You can track your order at 17track.net/en or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

If your order is past the estimated arrival date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Order Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed.

Personalized or custom orders may take a few extra days depending on design complexity.

If there is any problem or delay with your order, we will notify you by email as quickly as possible.

Email & Communication

Please use a valid email address at checkout and check it regularly.

All shipping updates, tracking links, and notifications are sent to the email address used for your order.

If we cannot reach you due to an incorrect email address, delivery delays may occur.

If redirecting your parcel through the carrier causes it to be lost, stolen, or damaged, we are not responsible.
