When do orders ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. Custom or personalized orders may take a few extra days depending on design complexity. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times begin after the 1-2 business day processing window. United States orders usually arrive in 7-14 business days total. Canada is usually 11-21 business days total. Europe/UK is usually 13-23 business days total. Australia/New Zealand is usually 13-25 business days total. Rest of world is usually 15-28 business days total.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States and internationally, including Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries worldwide. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.99 per order, regardless of destination. We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit the Track Order page for tracking guidance. Allow 2-3 days after shipment for tracking information to update.
My package has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, contact cs@legendifynow.com or call (+1) 914-451-3135. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, building reception, safe delivery spots, and the carrier first, then contact us if the issue remains unresolved.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies to cancellations. Once the order enters processing or ships, it can no longer be cancelled.
Can I change my size or shipping address?
We can only make changes if the order has not entered processing. Contact cs@legendifynow.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change.
What items can be returned?
Eligible items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What items are not returnable?
Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable, gift cards, custom-print or personalized items, worn or washed shirts, items missing original tags or packaging, and items returned without approval where approval is required.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
How long do refunds take?
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us directly.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges for size, color, or the same item are available subject to stock. The returned item must be received and approved before the replacement ships.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not return the item until we confirm the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund including return shipping where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which supports PayPal payments as well as credit and debit cards. We do not store card details on our servers.
