Find your tracking link, understand carrier updates, and get help if a package is delayed.

How tracking works

1. Check your email

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier link.

2. Allow carrier updates

Tracking may take 2-3 days after shipment to show movement as the carrier scans the package into its network.

3. Use your tracking number

Open the carrier link from your email, or paste the tracking number into a universal tracker such as 17TRACK.

4. Contact us if delayed

If your package is outside the delivery estimate, email us with your order number and tracking number.
