Terms of Service.

The terms that govern use of the Legendify Now website and purchases from our store.

Agreement to terms

This website is operated by Legendify Now LLC, a business registered in the United States with its address at 520 Marshall St, Milford, DE 19963, United States. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Products and availability

Legendify Now is an online apparel store focused on Hawaiian shirts, tropical shirts, and related casual resortwear. We try to display product colors and images accurately, but device screens may show colors differently. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Pricing and taxes

Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which also supports credit and debit card payments. We do not store credit card details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all purchases.

Orders and cancellations

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value applies to cancellations.
To cancel, contact cs@legendifynow.com or call (+1) 914-451-3135 within the 2-hour window.
After the cancellation window or once processing begins, follow the return process after delivery.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and internationally, including Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled through manufacturing partners and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or other carrier partners. A flat shipping fee of $10.99 applies per order.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and incorrect items are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Eligible returns must be unworn, unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Website use

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes.
Do not interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Do not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse store content, product images, branding, or other intellectual property.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access when these terms are violated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendify Now is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, shipping delays, carrier issues, or third-party services.
