Returns for refund

You can return eligible items for a full refund when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Item is in its original packaging.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale, clearance, promotional, or marked non-returnable Hawaiian shirts.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-print, personalized, or special-order items.
  • Shirts that have been worn, washed, stained, scented, or altered.
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or included accessories.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval where approval is required.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us. Contact us for approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Refund process

  • Contact us to request a return. If approved, we issue return instructions and a return authorization where needed.
  • Send the item back to the address we provide. Customer covers return shipping unless the issue was our error.
  • We inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the return conditions.
  • If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us directly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to availability.

  • Contact us to request an exchange and confirm availability.
  • Send the original item back. Customer covers return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • Once received and inspected, we ship the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping label. Do not return the item until we confirm the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

EU 14-day cooling-off

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must still be unworn, unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
